Webster Park Achieves Five-Star Quality Rating
Webster Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center announced today that it has earned a five-star quality rating from the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the highest rating available.
The Five-Star Quality Rating System was developed to help consumers compare nursing homes with a scoring system based on three areas: health inspections, staffing and quality measures. A nursing home with five stars is considered to be “much above average” quality.
“We approach every day as an opportunity to elevate our center,” said Todd Funk, administrator at Webster Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. “Our continuous efforts to assess and improve our services ensures that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention across the board. This five-star rating from CMS affirms the high level of quality care that we have attained.”
The 110-bed skilled nursing center also features a Post Acute Care Unit (PACU) that has a cutting-edge, 1,800 square foot rehab gym and a model Activities of Daily Living (ADL) suite that provides the ideal environment to help residents regain functionality and independence.
Webster Park is certified by the American Heart Association for heart failure care and provides qualitative cardiac rehabilitation services. This certification recognizes the facility’s adherence to evidence-based standards in heart failure care, including program management, patient and caregiver education, care coordination, clinical management and quality improvement.
